Looking for a Job

We always start with a 45 minute face-face interview with you. How else can we be exactly sure of what sort of role will match your needs and skills? Once interviewed, we will add you to our database of candidates and immediately start matching your skills and availability to our clients needs. Thereafter we will:

• Keep you informed of progress and interest levels on a regular basis
• Assist you in preparing for interviews, including assistance in finding the client’s location
• Conduct all of the wages handling for you, including tax and national insurance
• Continue to liaise with you and the client to ensure that you are both happy with the placement

Looking for Staff

We allocate a named account manager to each client and make them responsible for that client’s total satisfaction with our service. Key features of our service includes:

• All of our staff are salaried rather than commissioned leading to client-centred judgements
• We continually advertise to create a supply of pre-screened candidates
• We offer a quality guarantee should a candidate fail to stay for 13 weeks (if relevant)
